This Warranty is for all distributors of FHI products, and all FHI Products. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed in the Reseller Agreement.
All returns will be handled directly with FHI. End users may submit a warranty claim online. A prior “Return Merchandise Authorization” number, must be obtained from FHI before products may be returned, freight prepaid, for replacement to resellers. Return products will not be accepted by FHI without a “Return Merchandise Authorization” number. FHI’s warranty only applies to Products purchased from authorized resellers, who have complied with this Agreement.
