COVID-19 Note

Dear Valued Customer,

The unprecedented effects relating to the COVID-19 virus are rapidly evolving. We at FHI HEAT want to assure you we are committed to maintaining our service to our customers while prioritizing the health and well-being of our employees.

Our priorities are to take care of our employees' health, and to try to continue business as usual as much as possible. We have asked all employees to work remotely starting this week, grounded all travel, and eliminated in-store visits by our sales team across the country. These measures are necessary in current situation. 

Over the last few weeks, our warehouse team has taken extra safety precautions and cleanliness measures and will continue to do so. We are trying to turn around all orders placed within 3-5 business days and we’re extending free shipping with no minimum to all of our web orders. Your support means so much more than just business. It allows us to continue to support our employees and suppliers.
