This Warranty is for all distributors of FHI products, and all FHI Products. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed in the Reseller Agreement.
Price.The price per unit Product to be charged by FHI to Reseller shall be as set forth on FHI’s pricing sheet as revised from time to time.
Ordering and Payment: For all distributing accounts, payment is due in full upon placement of order. FHI accepts all major credit cards, ACH, or payment by check sent to FHI. Orders will not be filled unless Reseller’s order is paid in full and this Agreement is complete and on file. All Products are to be purchased for resale only. Reseller’s account is not to be used by anyone other than the Reseller.
Minimum Order:All orders must be in case lots.
Shipping/Handling:FHI’s current shipping policy is as follows. Changes to the Orders are shipped by USPS, FedEx, UPS or Freight. In most cases, Reseller’s orders will be shipped within 48 hours from the date the order is received. Orders over $3,000 will be given free shipping provided Reseller’s account is not delinquent, and are within the contiguous United States, (Excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Shipping under $3000 will be charged a standard $9 per case. Shipping cost will be included in each invoice. FHI does not pay for any extra freight charges incurred including, but not limited to, lift gates, indoor delivers, pallet jacks and forklifts.
Do not accept any shipment without checking the box count and assuring count. If any products have been damaged during shipment or the freight company breaks the shrink wrap or any cartons are missing, the reseller must file a freight claim with the carrier immediately. Note any shortages on freight bill before signing the receipt.
Returns and Restocking:Regular open stock merchandise, in original, sealed, unopened shipping cartons, in good and saleable condition, may be returned for credit upon written approval. Returned product must be sent Freight Prepaid to FHI, within 30 days of “purchase date” for full 100% credit. Items returned after 30 days from purchase date, but before one year from purchase date, will be subject to a fifteen- percent (15%) of invoice cost restocking charge. No credit will be allowed for regular stock items returned after one year from date of purchase.
